Are your packages shipped discreetly?
Rest assured all packages from our website are shipped discreetly in an unmarked padded envelope or box, with your shipping address and a return address.
How does shipping work?
Order cut-off time for same day shipping is 2pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders submitted before the cut-off time will be shipped that day at 5pm. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day at 5pm. Please note that depending on the volume of orders, some orders placed close to the cut-off time may be shipped the next day. Orders do not ship out on Saturday's or Sunday's.
What products can NOT be returned?

Most items are not sealed, so it is impossible to know if they have been used or not. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept anything back, even if it has not been opened.
